Terms of Use
Using the app
Remote Pilot Ace is a study tool for the FAA Part 107 remote pilot knowledge test. You may use it for personal study. Copying or redistributing the question bank is not permitted.
Free and Pro
The free version includes a set of practice questions in every topic and one full mock exam. Remote Pilot Ace Pro unlocks every question in the bank, unlimited mock exams, weak-spot and mistake practice across the whole bank, and statistics by knowledge code. Pro is sold only as an auto-renewing subscription through the App Store or Google Play; the app has no other payment method.
- Plans: weekly, monthly or every 3 months. The price for your country is shown in the app before you subscribe and comes from your store.
- Free trial: the monthly and 3-month plans start with a 3-day free trial for eligible new subscribers; the weekly plan has no trial. When the trial ends, the subscription starts at the price shown and renews until you cancel.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase, or when the free trial ends.
Purchases can be restored on another device signed in to the same store account with “Restore Purchases”.
Renewal and cancellation
A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (week, month or 3 months) at the then-current price until you cancel. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- App Store: cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period or trial in Settings → your name → Subscriptions (Apple’s guide).
- Google Play: cancel before the next renewal date in Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions (Google’s guide).
After you cancel, Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for. If the price changes, your store will tell you in advance as its rules require, and you can cancel before the new price applies.
Refunds
Payments are processed by Apple or Google, so refunds follow their policies: Apple, Google Play. See also how to request a refund.
App store terms
If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies together with these terms. Google Play’s terms of service apply to purchases made through Google Play.
Content and accuracy
Questions and explanations are written for practice and based on FAA source documents that are cited in the app. They are not the questions used on the actual test. Rules change: always check current FAA regulations and guidance. Content may be corrected in later updates.
No guarantee of test results
Study progress and mock exam scores reflect your practice in the app. They do not predict or guarantee the result of your FAA knowledge test.
No affiliation
Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by the FAA or PSI.
Liability
Not flight training or legal advice. The app helps you study for a knowledge test. It does not replace flight training, current regulations, official charts and publications, or your own judgment as remote pilot in command. Always check the current rules before you fly.
